From Product Tester to Podium

Dog Mom

I trained with Baseline for months, and when race day came I didn’t switch.

Kennedy wears a lot of hats: athlete, doctor, dog mom.

Her athletic career began in the pool as an NCAA Division I swimmer. A scholarship took her to the U.S., where she completed her degree while competing at an elite level.

After school, the pool gave way to the mountains. North Vancouver became home base, and trail running became her next competitive outlet.

Today, Kennedy trains and races on some of the toughest terrain in the country.

This year, those efforts led to a 2nd-place finish at the Knee Knacker, one of Canada’s toughest trail races.

The story

When I started testing Baseline, I wasn’t just looking for another electrolyte. I was looking for something clean, effective and easy on my gut that I could use consistently through training and trust when the effort really mattered.

I use Baseline for my daily runs, long efforts in the mountains, and everything in between. It mixes well, tastes clean, and sits easy no matter the conditions.

Baseline has become part of my rhythm - through training, race days, and the moments in between.

As a physician, I care about what’s in it. As an athlete, I care about whether it works. Baseline checked both boxes for me.
